Well, I've downloaded the latest patch, but haven't installed it yet. According to the V1.20 Patch thread there are some MAJOR problems with the v1.20 patch as it now stands....
I suggest holding off for a bit to see if Firaxis can fix the v1.20 patch.

Why can't we continue with v1.15 like majority of the other PBEMs?

I haven't seen the turn yet (akulla is on vacation until Thursday), but I'm not inclined to do a reinstall. If 1.22 isn't going to be the version to stick with for at least a few months, I'm going to look for a different program. I don't find playing with dual installs and buggy patches rewarding enough to be worth the time.

I've requested a replacement for this game. If everyone wants to upgrade, I'll be happy to continue...

Well, Paddy and I are playing our Growers PBEM with v1.22 and it seems to be working fine - so I'm ok with upgrading too.

There is a minor inconvenience of when you start your turn and a city completes a build, it askes if you want to zoom into the the city in question. When you zoom in, all of the city work tiles are blackend out. But like I said, this is just a minor problem since when you actually start your turn, you can go back to the city in question and everything will be visible again. I guess they (Firaxis) did this in order to fix the bug of seeing the other players position on the map when you start your turn.

He posted elsewhere he was being "released from duty" today and I think indicated this would allow him to play faster. Must have alot going on right now...

Sorry for the long hiatus, but I am released from Active Duty (on terminal leave) and back home in Oklahoma. Good news is there should be no more delays on my end.
Okay, so I can't play the save unless I upgrade? Which would mean I couldn't play the other Conquests PBEMs I'm in.
Hmmm, I guess I need to find a replacement for this one.

Actually GF, any game started with a mod file (like this one) should upgrade no problem. From what I've seen, you play amost exclusively modded games, so there souldn't be a technical problem to upgrade. Unless there's just that many people who won't go to 1.22...

I'm still in the Guard, we just finished a year of Active Duty. I really have no desire to do a dual install as it takes up space and time.
Seeing as only two pbems I am in have upgraded out of the multitude I'm in a dual install just doesn't seem worthwhile at this point.

I need a replacement- no 1.15. I'll find my request thread and give it a bump.
BTW, the turn hasn't been sent to me in over a month, 1.15 or 1.22...

MFCamillus has said he will take over and play at 1.15, although I promised him the Mayans.

Inca are just fine.
I am assuming that this is back on v1.15? I actually have a triple install so I just need to ensure that I open it with the right icon.
Rommel2D has passed along his information so just let me know where the turn is and we can move along.
