Yes, that's it. In ptw, it was 1g/shield. I haven't played much SP in quite a while and forgot it was 2g/shield. So, if it's 3g/shield in C3C SP then it would be 1.5g/shield in MP with AP on.

Yes, it costs 3 Gold per Shield to upgrade now. So Warrior to Gallic costs 90 Gold. Compare this to the 80 Gold it used to cost in Play the World.

I have to say I'm a bit underwhelmed with the Javelin Tosser. It is cool to get free workers, and the battle noises are pretty cool. I have to agree with an earlier comment that "it takes some effort to make it work"
I also like how he just falls on his back when he's beat.
