you're quite correct.
as for specific rules- the story has to be vaguely related to Civ III... not necessarily a specific game- but it has to be related ins ome way, whether it be the civs- or specific reference to some aspect of the game structure, etc.
It's pretty open ended.

Actually, scratch, punks like you who populate these story forums could be a big part of the reason I need therapy over this game. So don't push me to get it unless you're ready to pay for it.
