Differences between Civ2:FW and MGE
While perusing posts, I came across a mention that there were differences between the Civ 2 upgrade that installing FW gives, and MGE. Obviously MGE adds the multiplayer component, and probably fixes a few bugs, but can anyone inform me as to what changes/fixes there are between the two versions? Second, there was a mention that using previously created scenarios with MGE is occasionally problematic because the preset alliances between factions are reset (or something to that effect.) Can anyone fill me in?
Thanks.

I can say one thing that I think no one else has noticed. In my scenarios I used barbarian cities and created untits from civs in them and then deleting them and replacing them with barbarian units, making the civ that had the unit in the city unable to attack the city and instead able to walk through it. This doesn't work anymore, and I find that very disturbing.

Also, the AI seems much more unfriendly in MGE.
