Guynemer, the prophet?
A couple nights ago, I had a prophetic dream:
November, 2004. Election night. Results are coming in, and the Dean-Clark ticket is laying the wood to Bush-Cheney. They hit 270 before Bush hits 20. It is a landslide of epic proportions.
This raises two questions:
1. Could this be a prophecy of things to come?
2. What does it say about me that I dream about this stuff instead of being trapped on a tropical isle with Halle Berry, a young Raquel Welch, the Swedish bikini team, and the Latex Babes Of Estros?
...er... I mean being trapped on a tropical isle with my fiancee... naturally...

Guynemer, the "king of wishful thinking" would be closer to the truth.
You're probably right on the Dean-Clark ticket though

You're still a medical student right? You're just probably suffering the kind of emotional trauma most slugs do early in their careers, but not to worry, you'll soon get over it. What you need to do is to try to have more useful nightmares....err, dreams. As you try to go to bed concentrate on visualizing the points at which amino acid metabolism interfaces with the Krebs cycle, or go over the work up for chest pain, or etc., etc. Remember, no one in the medical profession likes a slacker, so put those precious hours of sleep to good use.

Is there some kind of cerebral metabolic waste product that results in nightmares? I think my brain is incontinent. Either that or the Circadian rhythm only works on pregnant women. Sleepwalking is God's way of telling you to either quit drinking or to start.

I was wondering earlier. Many men, presumably, dream about various famous women, even while going out with someone. However if you were dating, say, Halle Berry, would you dream about other women?

With my luck, in the 2nd version they'd form a matriarchal society and I'd wind up having to wash all the dishes.

Write a letter to the WB. They like to scare you.
I had a dream about fixing the kitchen wiring at Bruce Willis' house. Must mean I'll never meet him nor cook for him. I'm so sad now.
