i dunno i think the ai will go uber fascism, seeing as how you have basically free units and super fast workers

even firaxis said that fuedalsim was desgined specifically to be used in the middle ages- and only in certain circumstances.
Although, I think it is worthwhile because... It has forced labor, and benifites from small cities.
Imagine how wonderful this could be if you are an agricultural civ that has a lot of floodplain. You could get a lot of units very fast.
