But Drogue, if the CyCon could pop boom they would be awesome. Is it not in the CyCon's best interests to procreate prolificly?

No, if we procreate too much we end up with unwanted babies that need supporting. It means the education system would need far more funding. We believe in quality over quantity
As for the ethanol, I'm sure I can cook you up some alcohol
/me walks out the back and returns with a test tube of liquid.
Let us drink and be merry

Education system!? You mean, plugging them in to your computer networks would be too much of a stress on your mainframes?
/me ponders sending a flock of parrots to spoil the CyCon condom supply.

Off course it is. The cubs must be raised by an appropriate programmed entity, and at first strictly separated from RL stress situations.
How else can they become fully adapted Functions capable of sweeping aside all that opposes them, if their education years are stressed up?
* Kindergarten Control uses the parrots as an easy target practice for the closest by group of cubs.
* Pays Drogue the required amount + generous tip for the Muaroa.

Great. Now that I've had some alcohol, I'm feeling less inhibited and more impulsive.

Cheers Jamski!
Nice bourbon Drogue, but not enough of it. I've already finished!
Can I have another one, but in this.

The mood for what
Sargassian wine, being the drink that it is, is only served in bottles though. Here's a magnum in an ice bucket out

I don't know exactly what I am. But my diagnosis functions report no problems (they don't define drunk as being a problem) so all is well. Halfway through my drink now.

Skanky: CyCon's are humans with 'attachments'. We're not fullhumans, but mostly. And we can take our drink

I just finished a liter of bourbon-and-coke, and can still type well.
I know we can take our drink.

I have a problem there. One of my attachments subroutines takes over when a certain percentage of alcohol is detected in case I'm due to a CyCon session.
Automatically I'll ask then for a oxygen container and a litre of water.
Luckily, I have no tasks assigned on the moment, so, Drogue, another one please
