In my current epic (at Monarch) corruption doesn't seem _too_ bad to play.
Sure, I've got a lot of unproductive cities, but the FP actually _did_ get me a second core.
The main problem I'm having is Korea looks like a KAI and I'm his only competition. Everyone else is a client state, half of them 4+ techs behind.
Anyway, I'm sure the Great Corruptino is worse at higher levels, and never having played a 5CC, I'd love to try it. Or maybe a 10CC?

I've been messing about with a Maya game on Demi-god... El Corruptino is vicious.
Let's stick to 5CC.

Could we use this as a test game for the Naval Exploration and Cavalry changes that have been proposed? Those threads have decided that some testing needs to be done before more changes can be proposed so maybe this 5CC game would be the place to do it.

Korea sounds good, but the Iroqs could be interesting too, with their completely changed attributes. Perhaps not IDEALLY suited to 5CC, but Agricultural.....

Sumeria - agricultural and scientific - might be an interesting candidate. The Iroquois' commercial trait probably wouldn't mean much in 5CC, and 5CC isn't exactly a "go out and conquer the world with your Mounted Warriors" type of arrangement either.

Sumeria is also a good test for the strength of Ag, though we won't be REXing far enough for that to really matter. Sci seems to be the only attribute not beneficial for the super early REX.
On a side note, with the scarcity of resources and luxuries in C3C, how painful is the 5C limit? And where might I find out what exactly are the rules of 5CC?

Just like OCC, except you can have up to 5 cities at one time instead of just 1.
I still prefer Korea, because this seems like an ideal opportunity to "study" lethal land bombardment.

How about a game where the idea is to win with a single-core civ? I'm playing the Sumerians and they're a great little builder civ at the start - beeline for construction for cheap aquas & trade for literacy and boom! Spit out as many defenders as you want at almost the touch of a button - grow like crazy, crank workers, get about 10 cities up to 12 asap and see what's possible from there.

So you're not locked into the first 5 cities you found, as long as you never have more than 5 at any given time? Sounds fun.

Probably best to give it a few days after the release, then bring it on.
