Star Fleet Command 3?

Does anyone play this game (anymore)? I recently got it off the bargain shelves for $10 at EB. I've beaten the Klingon and Romulan campaigns, but am having trouble with the Star Fleet mission called "Elusive Quarry" or somesuch where you're supposed to destroy the Tal Shiar base. I have a Sovereign with whatever I want on it (any recommendations on how to outfit it would be appreciated), but still can't beat it, there's just too many of them.

If you need help, you should google: star fleet command 3 (walkthrough or cheats, or hints). You'll probably find the help you need there.
