Just to make certain, do you have the turn now? I can't remember if I sent it on or not.

Hmmmm....apparently no one posted about this. In that case, I guess I'd better, while my ISP is still working properly.
Simply.....Herc, Darsnan and I have decided to surrender. You've clearly taken a commanding position, and we don't believe we could defeat you given the current situation. You reaching ODP's and building them up so quickly was really the decisive factor.

Lord Darsnan retires to tend his gardens and fungal patches. Good luck to Brother Flubber trying to manage the disparate Factions of Planet!

Just saw this
Thanks-- although I can't take much credit since I inherited a good position and a LOT of crawlers. The only thing I did was go on a big pod hunt that netted a lot of AA's ( in areas that were pretty inaccessible to the other humans).
It would have been interesting to fight it out but I agree that the fact that I have sufficient ODPs to prevent getting PB'd would have made warring against the Believers very tough. I enjoyed the game and it marked only the second game ever that I committed an atrocity ( and both times I was the Believers LOL).
Thanks for the game gang
