The President, Conmcb25, is authorized to play for Emugod at 12:00 AM Friday, Poly time. Needless to say, consult with El about what he wants built before playing.
If Emu can come back and post before Arthedain plays econ, he can, otherwise, the turn continues with Arthedain playing econ on Sunday.

Playing for Defense
Degania (near Beit Shear)_ Changed to Irgun, buy this one at all costs 148 gold.
These cities have partials, some are infrastructure, a lot are air defense units and one was a machine gun.
If we have funds spend them in the places where we have partials builds.
And with over 3000 shekels we should BUiLD!
cities with partials are:
Tekumah
Nevatim
Revivim in the Negev
Jaffa
Ashdod
Kfar Etzioni
Nahariyyah M
Mishmar Yarden
Kafer Szold M
Metullah M
Like I said most were partial build Air Defense. I left them that way, so if you want something different COS, you better let me know. I wont prtend I know better than you what you need for the front! 
Next turn we should rush build the city defense in new jerusalem and then pop out arty after that. Sooner or later we WILL get the Wailing wall back

Patience, we need to use the money wisely.
Lets get your City Defenses built, then when we get the arty qued up and a few sheilds under our belt we can build it for you.
Also talk to COS, there was an asleep arty along the coast in one of the towns near Jaffa, IF it is not immediately needed there it could be deployed to the New City. Especially now that the road is open.
But thats bewteen you and the COS. I try to not interfere in Operational and tactical issues in the war.
