If there was a tie Tuberski either screwed up or decided it in a fair fashion by flipping a coin. 
Hehe anyone that plays these forum games knows how much I abhor people signing up then not playing. I don't think it is plausible that every single round I wait for bloody ages just to make it look good. I wouldn't be able to stop myself bumping people off.
