Ok I'm ready to discuss the Jamski case judges. I would like to talk to you about the following issues;

What is Jamski charged with?
What are the evidences presented in the court?
What is Jamski guity of?
What punishment should be award to Jamski?

I have not been overlooking Comrade Jamski's attempts of tempering with the court evidence either. I was considering presenting photographed evidences in the court report and order but decided against the idea. The punishment that Jamski receives cannot be more severe. Considering his age he will not be able to finish the current sentence anyway.

Jamski is charged with attempting to overthrow the Chairman, an act which would destroy the socialist order, which is expressly forbidden by the People's Constitution. (this is expanded on by Tass's above post).

Jamski is guilty of the above-stated charge

What punishment should be awarded to Jamski?

Considering his past service to the People of the Human Hive, and the circumstances of the attempted 'coup,' Jamski should only be removed from all his current offical positions he holds in the Human Hive. He should further be banned from holding public office for a minimum of three mission years. When the ban expires, he may once again be eligible for holding public office.

Speaking on CCC membership, any volounetrs since now it's down to only me, not much of a committee.

I'd like to be included in the CCC as a coordinator if the Chairman desires so.

Perhaps we should make CCC membership more congruent to other government positions. The heads of the Interior Department, Sci & Social Engineering Ministry, CMC, and Foreign Relations Comissions (as well as any other departments I may have forgotten), would have membership, as well as members-at-large appointed by the Chairman.

All good ideas, and I am going to implement them in the upcoming draft of the constitution. But as soon as that is out, you can be sure there will be many proportions, and demotions.
