I don't generally wear any jewellry, but for the last week or so I've been wearing my high school grad ring, because I just got it back from my girlfriend (who's been wearing it for 3 years). The ring had given her a huge callous and she wants to get rid of it, so for the next couple of months it's mine!

There's this one ring that has funny writing on the inside. Whenever I wear it it makes me invisible. And it tends to get lost all the time.
Do you think there's some danger inherent in it?

Yes. It's obviously turning you into a furry.
One ring to bring them all and in the fur suit bind them...

OH DEAR LORD NO
Think how much more horrifying LoTR would have been if Frodo & co. had faced these instead of Nazguls:

I like rings and jewelry, and depending on the styling don't find them effeminate at all. I like Piktas22's ring. However, I work in a testosterone impaired workplace, so I give them a pass.
On the Furry statement - you are one warped, sick puppy .

Or earlier in the book:
"We saw a queer feller riding on a horse, asking for the name Baggins.
"Well, he was on a horse, but I wouldn't call it riding."

"Return of the King" should include a scene where the good armies are attacked by thousands and thousands of furries, who all get slaughtered.
