It does snow -- snows a lot! So much, that the town of Atlanta becomes enraged when they find out that you wished this on them. The run you out of town and banish you to Nome, Alaska where you can enjoy all the snow you can take.

Ok, let's see... Granted, granted, and granted. Enigma has his unlimited high-speed internet connection, but his computer doesn't react very well to the time change that civman wished for, causing every computer in the world to crash. This affects Shogun Gunner somehow.
