Informative report.

If we indeed use the rule that people that don't post for two weeks are inactive, Corellion (which is happening), Drogue and Makahlua could be couped by people who already have a similar position.

I would hold a positon (other than the Politburo), though two things prevent me from doing so:

- I've not had a working copy of SMAC since 2000.
- I can't play SMAC worth a damn.
