Hilarious euphemisms that YOU use!
I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about when I say "Auntie's visiting", or that I'm "having the painters in", or maybe even just "having my period".
But this expression takes the cake:
"Fallen to the Communists".

Well, the euphemisms I've heard about 'that' subject in finland (actually crappy and rather free translations to english):
-"muddy weather" or "bad weather"
