Do you have Harlan Thompson's WW2 Units set? If not, you can download it at the CSC. Check out the units marked with 'MHN'. Those are Nemo's early ones. They're scattered around the file, but most of them are in the vehicles (and Post-WW2 I think) section. The scenario is nice, but not the typical Nemo-style you'd expect. He does appear to have become a whole new designer if you look at this work.

he was doing a scenario about the Blitz but ran into a few problems. i'm not sure if he gave it up completely or not. he did release the beta version, civfanatics has it, but i never played it

Nemo got upset about the AI not being able to play the scenario properly. Something about it stacking forty units in a single square or somesuch. He posted it in one of the other threads here someplace. He worked on The Blitz for a long time and then gave up, apparently. Not sure if he is still doing it or not.
