There is no such tag from what I know... However, you can use HTML to that effect:

Yeah.
Since HTML is enabled in posts you can just use what vovan said.
But since HTML is disabled in signatures it's impossible to use it there. So in that case it would be nice if [strike] tags were added to allow for its use in signatures.

Do we really want people with strike-throughs in their signatures though? I mean, strike can be used to good effect in a humorous post but in a signature over and over and over again...
