I had the same problem, my cities all started producing Motorized Infantry, and I had Ammunition Plants and other things that were almost all the way finished...
Cal, did you CTRL-N at the end of your turn???
Someone screwed up somewhere...

Henrik,
I must be screwing something up. I'll 'redo' the last turn and send it to you, and see if that works properly. If it does, then I think I know what the problem is. Sorry if I have caused any conflict.

Do you have to do ctrl-n even if your last move was movement and attack, and your turn ends and goes on to someone else? What needs to be done then?

I have worked out a temporal fix for this (thanks to SCDARS) I can load the save as a scenario and everything happens as it is supposed to, it even remembers the user passwords!
I think I should replay my turn and then send it away since it would be unfair to me if I didn't get the research/proution that I should have gotten.
I prommisse to make the exact same moves!

Henrik--
Redo your turn because I didn't get any of the production I was supposed to, so please re-do your turn, send it to Cal, and from now on, everyone load it up as a scenario I guess.
Thanks for the tip and new info Henrik.

But will this compromise the defense of that unit, and possibly the city, or does the AI automaticly fortify the unit? I have some units I could do this without compromising any defense in this scenario, but other scenarios this wouldn't do, unless its fortified for you. It seems wierd moving a unit, which ends the turn, only to hit ctrl-n and then save. Usually by the time I get that done the AI's already started the next guy unless I'm really swift with the keys.

Enable the 'show end of turn' option. After all your units have moved, you will see a blinking message 'end of turn' in the lower right corner. That is the time to click on a unit and ctrl n it, then save, and send the turn along. Never let the AI take over, as that seems to have been what caused the problems described.

Don't worry about the rough spots, boys. I know you are all a bit new to this (with the exception of Henrik, of course), so problems are bound to come up. I'm sure it will all work out soon enough.

Being as Henrik asked me to redo my turn, there have been a few changes.
As before, the Russian peoples have liberated Moscow and captured Warsaw. However they also captured Kharkov due to better unit allocation.

What's the story here, guys? Five days have passed without a report from any one. Remember, it is bad form not to play your turn promptly. Even with the foul-ups, it shouldn't take this long. Signed an incresingly exasperated Churchill.

Seriously, Henrik, I'm pretty sure it's been your turn for almost a week now, so please hurry and get this game moving.
If anyone wants out, or doesn't have the time, we will find someone new, so please just tell us.

Not to whine, but JMarks said he took Kharkov in his new counterattack after I posted my results too, which he hadn't done the first time either.
I agree... I don't think it's exactly fair that he got a chance to redo his turn completely because the game wasn't passed properly.

Hey, I don't know what such rules are since I have just started. I was asked to replay my turn, so I did. To ask to make the exact same moves is silly, though I now agree its probably preferable if at all possible. I can rereplay my turn again and make it as close to the original if you want. Of course if we're to whine I could add that the AI changed most of my cities to producing Water Works for no obvious reason.
So whats the concenses? Do I rereplay my turn, or do we continue??? Its not fair to all of us, especially me, to wait only to be told there was a screw up that should have been mentioned as early as possible.

Sorry boys, but since those moves were void, you can't expect a player to stick his head in a noose. How is it fair to the Soviet player that he must follow a course that he knows will be a disater, only because the last time it played with a technical flaw? Replaying a turn means exactly that, replaying it, not parroting previous moves. Who to say the JMarks' moves wern't based on flawed deployments from other mistakes? Just go with the valid save and let the chips fall where they may. Henrik, consider your lost move a 'what if', like operation sealion, an idea that might have been, yet wasn't. I'm sure that everyone had only the best of intentions, and that is to play and enjoy the game. So what if a turn was lost? Just move foward.
