I have played my turn and sent it along, I managed to accomplish the same things as before, but whit more casualties.
I couldn't post about it before, becouse Apolyton was down (while they changed into this new boardsystem)

I played my turn and passed it along.
I don't feel like writing a new eport, I'll just say that every city I had posted as recapturing in the last report was recaptured here, with the exception of Hamburg; in its place, Kharkov was recaptured.
I hate to admit it, but things look grim for the Third Reich.

Are we still playing?!!?
Cal (Germany) played his turn days ago, so where is Pap? Remember, we all agreed to play promptly! Why does it take three to four days to play and send a turn? This is unexceptable. Plese, let's get this game moving!

Finally turn 2...
The War Resumes!!!
The Home Office, London, England
January, 1942. The home office reports that hostilities have resumed! After long delays, reports from the front have been arriving dailey.
The following cities were retaken in heavy fighting:
Lille, Amsterdam, Warsaw, Frankfort, Berlin!
On the Med front, the following cities were taken:
Bengazi, Tripoli, Crete.
Crete was siezed the same way the empire lost it, by airborne assault!
In the battle of the Atlantic, many U-Boats have been sunk.
Turning to the far east, a large Japanese force was destroyed by airpower as it tried to advance in Austrailia, and the city of Port Moresby was taken with the help of our American allies.
The empire will be victorious, if our allies America, Russia, and China can rally themselves.
Signed, the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill.
<>File sent to Shaka (China)
PS Lets not have any more delays, guys. I'm playing in five other games, and they all move. Please check your mail and this thread, and let's make this work.

No it isn't!
You should see my possition in the US!
(unless the US managed to turn the tide of war in some mysterious way.)
If you just manage to survive I will be able to help you!

Naldur, Please re-play your turn! Without pressing ctrl-n you have let my AI change my production that I specificly bought last turn into stupid WATER WORKS!
And to boot, now I have somehow gone backward in technology! Now I can't build engineers, and have to research railroads and engineering, conscription, etc, to get anything resembling the tech I was able to research earlier!
So please re-play and re-send.

I agree... we should play a scenario like ZWK, where it's impossible to conquer a nation in more than one turn.
2194 Days of War, as it is, isn't really suited for multiplayer...

Bad Form...
If you wish to withdraw, please do so.
However, be advised that I will not join a game with anyone who refuses to play through their commitments because things aren't going well or there are problems.
I made it clear to everyone that PBEM is about commitment.
Leaving a game on turn two shows me ZERO commitment.
I will continue this game if it's just me and Henrik, because that is what I agreed to do. Everyone else may do as they will.
Cal, I understand how you feel, and ZWK would have been better for multi-player, because that is what Kob designed it for. However, this was the scenario selected for play.

I think ther problem is that you yourself must have forgotten to press those two important keys.
That is the only way your production could be messed up as far as I know.

Either way the file has been sent. The screw up must have occured during that earlier fiasco. Kharkov and Minsk have been retaken, even though my defenses have been greatly compromised by my generals and icompitant mayors. I think they'll enjoy a nice vacation deep in Siberia...

Stand by for Japanese transmission:
---------------Japanese-Transmission---------------
The US has been invaded!!!!!
Earlier today the imperial marines managed to secure the american city of Los Angeles.
The americans defended the city well, but the defences where no match for the Imperial troops.
The cities of San Fransisco, Salt Lake city and Pheonix, all remain undefended.
The american pacific navy has now been totaly crushed and Japan enjoys total supremacy at sea.
The cowardish americans did manage to send paratroops from the little island of Midway unto our beloved Nippon, these troops then started to harras the civilian population and they have destoryed hundreds of villages and several manufactoring plants.
These atrocities deserve punishment, the american soldiers who commited these crimes have been punished by the the Imperial army.
Meanwhile the emperor is pleased whit the fact that the empire of Japan now harbours the largest population on earth, all of China has now been conquered and only tibet remains out of Japans reach.
Reports of a new kind of fighter have been comming in from Australia where an airfield was destoryed by a few armoured regiments, these planes where remarcably well crafted considering that they wherent made by a Japanese designer.
The imperial airforce feels confident that they will be able to fight this new foe though, the planes where both made and is flewn by Europeans after all.
