OOC - All right Hodad let me explain something to you. Bolivia joined me democratically before you even entered the Thread. Uprisings could happen all over my country. Besides once Peru and Bolivia were one country. Be devolution if you mean giving some of it back to me than by all means that will stop a war. But if don't well than that will force an ivasion. Anyway Argentina has fallen (basically) who else do you have on your side..besides Canada.

In Trujillo two of Peru's largest and most sturdy ships are undergoing changes. Foreign spies are unsure of what changes are being made because of high security surrounding the project. The Peruvian air force is running drills with the new Rafales arrived from the Iberian Union. And supplies are being shifted south in case of hostilities with Chile. The naval bases in the Galapagos and the port of Tumaco are going into high gear. Sonar defenses are being upgraded and the ships stationed there are going on high alert.

Shipbuilding facilities are preparing to begin massive construction orders in cooperation with the Chinese. Our researchers are asking foreign nations to relay current designs for research. However there is nothing of yet. Factories in Bolivia are beong downgraded in case of Chilean orchestrated rebellions.

To Germany - We wish to purchase 50 Tornado fighter bombers from you. Can we consider the deal closed?

To CW - Will you consider loaning us blueprints of some of your most modern naval vessels? We will even buy them?

To China - Will you consider the same?

I really have had less and less time for this thread, as youmost likely have noticed. Fourth War at SidGames has taken up a lot of my time, and as the end of the school year comes, I have more and more stuff to do. Therefoe I am officially putting the CTA up for grabs for at least one month. I will stay as part-time mod, and will be able to come back to the CTA after the bulk of schoolwork is over. Butright now I need a joint-ruler of my nation. So if any newbies want it, come on in. Bolo would be my first choice.

The UK will delay the delivery of 2 boxer class frigates for 2 months. If the war is not resolved then, the ships will be sent under escort to Chile.

Germany: The CW needs 250 yachts to be plated with a layer of steel to make them resistant to bullets, and several machine guns to be mounted on deck. We also would like to have larger boats with small cannons mounted on them for bombardment roles. Also another 100 boats will be required for our new naval initiaitve. Their crew compartments can be entirely removed and converted into a massive cargo bay and we would also pay you to have a remote control reciever placed in the engine an steering area so they ships can be piloted from a distance!! With the start of production of the T-100 in late September, Neo Soviet Russia has anounced that it is willing to sell roughly 2500 out-dated T-80 model tanks.

In the past 3 weeks, 250 Tanks have rolled off the production line. Entire production of 1000 models is expected to take until March 2002, with production peaking around January.

Noticing the strategic drop, and the large cost of the T-100, The T-90 is expected to receive an additional order of 1000 tanks.

In other news, an upgrade to the T-90, the T-101, is in the works.

The first Oscar-III was laid down today for building in Moscow. Details are still yet unclear, but it's fire control system has been greatly improved, and has more direct interface with data from sattelites. The missile count has been increased 50% to 36 SS-N-19 shipwreck missiles, and space for 20 additional vertically launched cruise missiles.

In Moscow, the Socialist World Conference finished up with no agreements and no firm alliances, but with some new relationships between nations.

Also, the Duma shown the rumblings of a greatly increased military budget to be in the works.

The two Brazilian carriers pulled slowly into the port of Tumaco. Peruvian naval agents quickly borded the ships were they were greeted by the NSR crewmen. After handshakes and introductions were exchanged everyone went below for some German imported schnapps.

"Well comrades welcome to Tumaco the most northerly Peruvian port in the world" said the MRP agent. After about two hours the transactions were complete. The NSR agents would be taken back by train through German Colombia to Brazil. The two carriers were to be transfered to Trujillo. The Peruvians and Brazilians exchanged good byes and went their seperate ways.

Meanwhile in Ecuador a secret force of 65,000 well trained Peruvian soldiers met up with the remaining LMF forces to finish what had begun almost a year ago. The Ecuadorian resistance was almost broken. The people of Ecuador themselves were beginning to welcome the Peruvians. By now Quito was in striking distance. Months of hard battling in which both sides had suffered enormous casualties the Ecuador campaign was almost at an end.

To Chile - We thank you for your offer however we wish all the territory owned by both Peru and Bolivia before the War of the Pacific. If you cede this we will pay YOU reperations, and if not you will be destroyed!!!

To Brazil - We think our firends for the carriers. Payment will commence imeddiatly.

To China - We are finishing an order to send to you. Hopefully this will alleviate the unemployment in your fine nation.

Reports just in from the front lines in Ecuador report that Peruvian and LMF forces have broken through the thin Ecuadorian lines guarding the way to the capital. Retreating Ecuadorian soldiers were rounded up in record numbers to be takne to POW camps. Ecuadorian president Jamil Mahuad has vowe to not leave the capital even though most of the cabinet has fled.
