Questions on: Build often - Governor settings
Please bear with me on these questions.
In PTW the AU Mod had Emphasize Shields flagged for the Governor settings of every Civ – am I correct?
In PTW the AU Mod had Production and Trade flagged as ‘build often’ for every Civ – am I correct?
I understand that build often for trade means emphasis on marketplaces – what does it mean for ‘Wealth’?
I understand that build often for happiness means emphasis on temples or for science emphasis of libraries– what does it mean for ‘Culture’?
Is the ‘workers’ option on the ‘build often’ list new? If not, considering the fact that AIs almost never build enough workers would this one be flagged for every CIV in the AU Mod?
Last question, is the reason that Rome has both defensive and offensive units flagged because of the 3-3-1 UU?
Any and all responses are VERY welcome and HIGHLY appreciated.

Trade: harbors, airports, marketplaces - things that take advantage of luxuries.
Wealth: marketplaces, banks, stock exchanges - things that give more money.

happiness: temples, marketplaces, colosseums - things that make happy citizens.
Science: libraries, universities - anything that gives more science
Culture: anything that gives culture, so all of the above except marketplaces.

That's a great idea! Of course, we would have to test it to see how it works in a debug game first.

Also:
- It was that way in stock rules
- The militaristic trait benefits from many units

Agreed, a great idea.

Happiness/Workers?
Will they build too many workers with build often? Anyone tested?
Also, the AI has serious problems with happiness, since it does not utilize the luxary slider, wouldn't happiness build often orders help this out a lot?
I'm very tempted to make both these changes for the game I am going to start this evening, but I would hate to get halfway done with the game and find out I gimped the AI on accident in some way.

Considering the happiness problems, maybe "Build Often" on workers might actually help. Hmm...

With its inefficiency, I can't imagine the AI building too many Workers, but I have not tested it.
Flagging happiness improvements as build-often might not help with happiness as much as you think, but it won't hurt either. The AI tries to build happiness improvements anyway, when it has unhappiness problems. It's Wonder building (along with pop-rushing) that's the major cause for the AI unhappiness problems, I think. You can't be building happiness improvements when you are building a Wonder...

Absolutely, inextricably, completely, unimaginably, mindbogglingly, hell would freeze over first, Marines and Berserks would work together in amphib Armies first, supercalifragilisticexpialidociously...
IMPOSSIBLE.
