Chess Boxing
http://www.rnw.nl/amsterdamforum/html/031205box.html
quote from the website"
"The rules are a simple mixture of both sports; opponents play six rounds of chess and box five rounds in the ring, alternating between the two with a minute's respite in between rounds. The contest is decided by a checkmate on the chessboard, or a knockout in the ring. Other ways of deciding the match are running out of time in the chess game (12 minutes allowed to each player), or by referee decision in boxing. If the chess game ends in a stalemate, the player with the most boxing points wins the contest."

I like it. As long as Don King doesn't get involved.

Actually, this could have been even funnier if they did both at the same time...

This advantages the best-at-boxing player since he can slow the chess game whereas the best-at-chess player cannot slow the boxing.
