--several DVDs, including the Two Towers collector's set
--A few books, mostly history-related
--a couple of GAP sweaters

--much-needed socks and undershirts
--several boxes of Mach 3 razor blades
--a nice cologne/shaving set
--Barnes and Noble gift card
--Money from extended family
Not bad, not bad...

Christmas cost me just over 2 grand. But my credit cards are still clean at 0.
I got a lot of DVDs, Clothes, gift certificates. One gift, my wife claims hasn't shown up yet.
But my favorite gift was in my stocking.
A permission slip from my wife to do a Vegas trip with a buddy and a credit of 300 for the airfare. YAHOOOOOOO.

So, ah, what, exactly, does one do in Vegas which requires a permission slip from ones wife? At least, that she would actually give a permission slip for....

I just told my fiancee that I was going to fly off to Vegas with my friends.
She asked why I would go by myself.

Fiancee's are easier since they don't want to take any chances having gotten that far already. Wait till you're married and you want to go and not take her. I guarentee she will have a different attitude.

I'm not going to list everything, but I will say it's nice to have a cousin with a sense of humor.
She got me a copy of Jesus Christ: Vampire Hunter on DVD.
