That first deck looks pretty good. I'll only say that if you can find any, replace the Master Decoys with Whipcorders- you're mono-White, so the difference between a WW and a 1W casting cost is pretty irrelevant. The extra point of power helps.
Adding an extra plains might help as well. Your casting costs are reasonably low, but not THAT low (what with the Jareth & Akroma). 23 lands is probably a bit safer. You can make the extra land a Secluded Steppe, so if you don't need it, you can just cycle it away.

Doesn't look like much land in there? Unless you add more cheap artifacts to bring the cost of the rest of them down. Some more Ornithopters would be handy I reckon.

I'm not an expert on use of the affinity ability, but the deck looks pretty good. The average mana cost does appear a little on the high side (from what I remember of the Mirrodin card list).

This is my favorite leaked card from Darksteel so far. What kind of deck do you think it would go in?

A pox on thee! I was trying to not look at Darksteel leaks.
But now that I've seen Memnarch, I think you could use him in an artifact-stealing deck.
Either you hose people who use lots of artifacts with his second ability, or you can turn good creatures and enchantments into artifacts and then steal them either with his ability or Domineer, Steal Artifact, etc. He's a little pricey (same mana cost as a Platinum Angel!).

I like it. The Welding Jars and Fabricates do the business.

/Dinodoc summons the Jedi.
About time we had a Magic thread. How about posting some card descriptions for the poor folks without apprentice?

Okay, here are my suggestions.
For your white deck, why not try a few Knights of dawn? They are 1WW that can gain protection from white for WW.
As for the slivers, Crystallines are always handy for diverting cheese.
