We, THE PEOPLE'S SUPREME COURT (Magistrate Octavian, Magistrate Mead, and Magistrate Vander),
Will permit the People time to appoint a new Prosecutor.
The Court notes that the People should move swiftly to appoint a new Prosecutor.
If the People cannot appoint a new Prosecutor in a timely manner, the People may consider either continuing to have Voltaire as the People's Proseutor, or in the alternative, dismiss the charges against Jamski.
The Court expects a decision on the part of the People within 48 hours of this post.

I will be gone from ACDG for about one week.
I will be back late next week.
I hope that the People decide what they want to do with Jamski's case.
I would rather have the people appoint a prosecutor than the Court conduct an inquiry without one.

Though I have no formal say in this, I think it best to dismiss the court for the time being seeing as it is stagnant. Though I think it best to not formally dismiss the charges, just in case you try something again in the future, these will count.

We, THE PEOPLE'S SUPREME COURT (Magistrate Octavian, Magistrate Mead, and Magistrate Vander),
Enquire.
Comrade Voltaire,
We recognize you as representing the State.
Do you move to drop all charges against the Defendant?
Before you answer you should note that, because jepardy has attached, the Defendant cannot be later prosecuted for the actions that he was charged with if the Court grant's your motion to dismiss. Of course, he can be charged for new alleged acts.
Please post informing the Court of your's (the People's decision).
Please note that although the Court may be inclined to Grant a Motion Dismissing all Charges, it would like to give Hong Hu an oppurtunity to be heard (should Hong Hu seek it) before we did.
THE PEOPLE'S SUPREME COURT

Consider this an 'extra long recess'.
The charges aren't being dropped, they're just put on hold for a really long length of time.

THE PEOPLE'S SUPREME COURT DISMISS ALL CHARGES
We, THE PEOPLE'S SUPREME COURT (Magistrate Octavian, Magistrate Mead, and Magistrate Vander),
Unanimously DISMISS all charges against one Defendant Comrade Jamski.
The State has been given ample opportunity to prosecute the Defendant, but, has chosen not to do so.
The Defendant's right to a Speedy Trial has been violated.
The Court considers it to be a grave injustice to continue this trial against the Defendant.
The Court Rules:
That the Defendant be released from any and all forms of restraint.
All freedoms and rights of the Defendant previously suspended as a result of these proceedings are Restored.
Court Costs and the Reasonable Attorney's fees of the Defendant are to be paid by the State.
IF THIS COURT DOES NOT HEAR A REQUEST FOR RECONSIDERATION WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THIS POST, THIS DECISION WILL BE FINAL.
The Court would consider reconsidering its decision only if very, very good cause is shown. From what this Court has seen to date, we suspect that the State will be unable to persuade us to reconsider.
THE PEOPLE'S SUPREME COURT

Jamski, the unrest that we have caused has saved your ass. Consider yourself thankful for chaos, and try to abuse it as much as possible.
Alright people, break it off. There's nothing to see here.

We've always had a soft spot in our hearts for Jamski. Yes as evil as he is.
