City View
I'm playing a regular game in C3C. I built the Sistine Chapel and it did not show up in the City View. Also the new Great Wonders do not show up in City View.
Another question, The Japanese started to build Zeus wonder, so I went out and found some Ivory and yet none of my cities would allow me to build the Zeus wonder.
There is no city view in a scenario or if you used the editor to start a game?

The view only works in epic games and it only has the PTW stuff, not the new C3C wonders.

This is strange as the files show the Sistine Chapel still being there. Must be due to the fact that this section was hard-coded. Hmmm?

This is far from true. There were quite a few artists on the team (as well as programmers and scenario designers). The artists time was mainly spent on creating the new units and leaderheads. What is true is that there was only so much budgeted to art and things had to be prioritized.
The other issue with the City View is that apparently a lot of this section was hard coded. Not only would it have taken artists' time but also programmers' time to add new buildings.
The artists from Breakaway on Conquests:
Steve Langmead
Mike Phillips
Bill Ahlswede
Stephen Varga
Russell Vaccaro
Todd Brizzi
Erroll Roberts
Adam Chacey
Tiffany Tan

They have actually invited forum members to create the art for the city view, which may be included in a patch. So I guess the artists were merely too busy making the units and leaderheads. It seems the programmers have time now.

No, I remember them saying it was hard-coded during the beta test and would not be worth trying to change in the time limit they had.
