Civ2 mp game PSD animation help!
Hey stew muffins, we've recently started yet another heated and pompous civilization 2 mp diplo game over in the greatest of forums this site has to offer. In any case, things are rolling along nicely and the media supporting the storytelling starts now. I've constructed a loose map for the game on which to base a progressive territory animation; and having not the right photoshop plug in am asking one of you kind hearts to do it for me. The frames are posted below, but here's the initial speed allocation:

I dont know. recalling the Civ2 maps Id say that Spain is pretty cornered and that that green monster in the Mid-east is currently at best position.
