Standard Flash animations are very easy to make.
Depends what you want.

You know - I've seen how to do it, but even my psp 7.0 doesn't seem to have the specific plugin to allow it. In any case, here are the revised frames if anyone would like to do it themselves - or show me how.
3 frames every 2 seconds; along this weight:
(Ordered Picture)__________________(Value)/Frames)
A_______________________________x3
B222____________________________x1
C_______________________________x1
D_______________________________x1
E_______________________________x1
F_______________________________x1
G_______________________________x1
Hedit____________________________x1
Iedit_____________________________x1
J________________________________x1
K________________________________x1
L________________________________x1
M________________________________x1
N________________________________X1
O________________________________X2
Pics are already optimum sized. Thanks!

OK.
Firstly are these images all of identical size?
What gfx format are they in?
If you use the PSP animation program, you can easily put them in sequence in an animated gif,
and then attach it to a post, for all to see.

they're all the same size and are minimized gifs. I've tried layering them as a psd animation but it didn't seem to work by denying a crucial option.

Stick them all in the one zip, and give them numbered names as opposed to letters, and I will make you either a Flash animation or animated gif..

They're all divided into the maximum allowable size of zip to be posted here...
