You don't even include boxerbriefs? Shameful.
I wear a bunch of everything. I've got some really sexy CK/Joe Boxer low-rise briefs I wear sometimes.
Most of the time I wear boxerbriefs -- Joe Boxer or Tommy.
I've also got a bunch of Joe Boxer boxers (including the incredible Maple-Leaf One!).
The type usually depends on the kind of pants I wear.

Asher, I want your underwear
I am going to Ann Summers at some point to buy "the elephant"
Boxerbriefs would seem to be what we call briefs over here.

CK and briefs the same thing? I wear CKs, but never briefs, unless I'm, playing sport. ATM I'm wearing Tommy trunks/boxerbriefs/whatever-you-want-to-call-them (slightly shorter boxer's without buttons). Usually either Tommy, CK or M&S. Most are black, and have some new CK black and red boxerbriefs (so tempting to put an expect smiley there)

Ah, so briefs = boxerbriefs
Y-fronts = briefs
Underwear styling is imperative.

No they aren't. Boxerbriefs are what are usually labeled as 'trunks' in the UK, or occasionally boxerbriefs. Halfway between the two (have support, but not too restrictive).

Briefs that have a Y stitching on the front. It's like the things old men wear. Used to be popular years ago. Think Alec from A Clockwork Orange.

Not really. Briefs means the same on both sides of the atlantic. Boxerbriefs are either called that or called trunks, or just boxers, but usually with "sports" as a prefix.

You're telling me. However I'm very glad I will be in Oxford at the time. No silly animal thongs for me! (and I'm really hoping Louise doesn't quote me on that )

You'd be suprised what a few out-of-context euphamisms can do for your credibility. Since you know Louise and myself, no matter what you do, it can only be taken as good . I am so rock n roll!

Sit-ups is the best way. It's best to do this while elevated, with your feet higher (gravity adds more resistance). Never let your back touch the bench while you go back (stop an inch or so off of it), unless you're resting. Go all the way up as far as you can.
To actually get a well-defined six-pack, you need to do 3 kinds of situps: the ones where you just go straight up, ones where you go up and to the left, and ones where you go up and to the right.
Abs are actually very easy to define and usually happens fairly quickly, just takes persistence for a bit.
