Wow -- glad that you didn't suffer real serious injuries.

Nope, and I'm very satisfied

--"I have a 2002 Honda Accord. Just hit 30,000 miles yesterday."
I have a 2000 Honda Civic that just hit 30k miles...
^_^
In any case, Honda makes good cars. Only complaint I have with mine is my fault; my posture improved since I bought the car, and now my head hits the ceiling. A bit too small for someone six foot tall. If you have good posture, anyway. Go with the Prelude or Accord if you're tall.
Before that I had a Ford Tempo. Horrible. Had to do way too much work on it.

1991 Chevy Blazer, 2-door & 4WD.
It has 100,000 miles on it and sucks the big one. There are holes in the roof the size of pancakes so whenever it rains hard, my backseat and trunk get flooded. The electronics are shot and the passenger side seat keeps reclining.
MY CAR FREAKIN' BLOWS!!!

Another thing (and funnily, this doesn't seem to affect the stereotypes) is that different cars go to different markets. Crappy cars of renowned producers that can't be sold in the west go to "secondary markets". Here you can buy a brand new Mercedes of the official dealership and get a crappy car. If you buy a German car you best buy it in Germany too.
And no, I don't have a car, wouldn't pay off to me.
