Artificial Intelligence?
Check out this amazing website/program. You play 20 questions with a computer. Just a standard game like we are all familiar with, "is it bigger than a breadbox", the computer asks questions and does a really good job of guessing what it is.
Often I can stump it, but I'm just being tricky. I'm still incredibly impressed when it does get something right. Like how the hell can a computer guess "hatred" but it did.
Play here: http://y.20q.net:8095/btest
Better yet, the computer learns based on our answers.

Maybe my answers were sloppy but the AI had the hardest time guessing a cell phone.

It was totally unable to guess rugby. I mean, even 'sports'. When I tried a rugby ball, it found it. I tried a die, it couldn't.
I'm pretty sure it learns from people input, maybe neural net or something like this. It's automatic classification made a game. Funny but not something I'd call intelligent. I'm pretty sure you can teach it bullshit...
I tried to have it guess bullshit and it told ma a MP3 file. Maybe it's clever, after all...
I tried child, it said goat... Well, goats in classrooms???

It's particularly fun to look at the list of things it's considering. I've often found that the right answer appears near the top of the list within 6-10 questions.
