Hace tres o cuatro días que la mula no me baja un puto bit. ¿A alguno le pasa? ¿se pudrieron todos los servidores? ¿Frodo falló su misión? ¿el Real Madrid dejó de ser el favorito de los árbitros?...
¿Alguien sabe qué está pasando?

Yo el único problema que he tenido con la señorita mula ha sido que en algún servidor lo de buscar no me funciona (bueno, en realidad en un sólo servidor pero mi mula parece amarlo...)

Yo no he tenido ningún problema con la mula, excepto que cuando he actualizado los servidores de la lista de maurice, 43 han desaparecido. Por lo demás, va bien, a veces incluso rápido  .

Yo con la mula estoy muy satisfecho. Buen rendimiento (a la larga), total independencia, nada de publicidad ni software espia ni similares. Realmente, la red sobrered-mula es francamente una de las mejores opciones ahora disponibles, años-luz por delante de salir de caza

Master, es cuestión de paciencia. Te pones en cola y tienes que esperar. Además, como está estructurado para que los que más suben tengan preferencia, al principio eres el último mono. Conforme vayas subiendo más, y pase el tiempo, puedes acceder a los pedazos de los demás; al principio lentamente, pero yo alcanzo los 12 Kb (mi máximo es 16) y mis amigos que tienen de máximo 32 llegan a 26-28 Kb.

Sí, pero está podrido de Spyware (a menos que uses el KLChat); además, está bien para vídeos y música (y en música el WinMX le da mil vueltas), pero para ISOs no hay nada como la red e-burro (ya sea con el burro propiamente dicho, la mula Francis o la sobrerred).

Yo he alcanzado más de 12kB jasev (y mi máximo también es 16kb) ¿Has probado ajustando tu límite máximo de descarga (por defecto está a 12kB,creo). De todas formas, la mayoría del tiempo oscilo en torno a los 5 o 6, con picos de 9 o 10.

Yo tengo mi límite de descarga a 20 Kb (por si acaso, aunque el límite de mi conexión sea de 16). De todas formas, hay que decir que yo nunca tengo mi ordenador bajando cosas más de seis horas, porque la conexión de mi casa la comparto con los dos ordenadores de mis padres y amenazan con desheredarme si no libero la conexión. Tal y como están los precios de la vivienda, me sale a cuenta desconectarme

Umm, una cosa que chupa mucho es el número de conexiones... Prueba a jugar con ese número (creo el recomendado para nuestro ancho de banda es 250)

Pues entonces tu límite teórico es 16kbps
10 no está tan mal
de todas formas prueba a cambiar la mula de puerto, algunos ISP bloquean el puerto de la mula

Ok, ademas debe ser que mi modem lo tengo conectado con un cable USB y no con una tarjeta de red.
Y a eso incluyele MSN, Explorer, Firewall...

USB 1.1 tiene una capacidad de transmisión máxima de 7Mbps>>128kbps
BTW, el Firewall no ocupa ancho de banda

Bueno, yo gasto ADSL 256D/128U y cuando pilla buena racha me aguanta los 20~22kBs/seg. un par de días seguidos... pero hay que tener paciencia...
Incluso he tenido picos de 32~34kBs/seg. durante un par de minutos, pero es por altibajos de la linea...
Los servers ultimamente están algo saturados, pero es cuestión de tener paciencia y adquirir créditos, cuanto más se descarguen de ti, más preferencia tendrás para bajar después... Y además hay que tener una buena cantidad de fuentes disponibles, para bajar de 5 o 6 users a la vez, y así sumar Ks. Los archivos poco distribuidos bajan más lento, logicamente.

La velocidad siempre depende de lo que se esté bajando, ciertos archivos pueden llegar a bajar a 30KB/s por si solos, a veces es cuestión de suerte, hace no menos de una semana bajé Full Metal Panic! 1 - 16 (250MB c/archivo) en un día de una sola persona.
Lo común en mi caso es de 4 archivos bajando al mismo tiempo a 10KB/s y 6 en "waiting".

Yo en la puta vida pasé de 7 u 8. Tengo cable a 256k y los límites en 23 y 4. Lo configuré en 4680 y 4690 para evitar a los ISP botones y me paso la vida bajando cosas. Pero parece que no me sube de categoría un joraka.
Hoy, despues de abrir la thread me empezó a bajar algo. Eso sí, a 5.
Ah! y con el cazador sólo podés bajar música y videos (y muchas veces lo que bajás no es lo que esperabas)

256kbs = 32KB/s
La versión que usaba hace un tiempo tenía un bug en el que interpretaba 57KB/s = 34KB/s, ahora ya no limito la velocidad y listo, si relmente necesitas limitar la velocidad te recomiendo el NetLimiter está muy bueno
Yo uso los puertos 10020 y 10030 y aunque hasta donde yo se por lo menos en Fibertel no hay bloqueo de puertos, salvo algunos inferiores a 200 me parece.

bah, en las noches puedo bajar del caza a 25 kb/s o mas asi que no me quejo, lastima que en el dia si es bastante lento.

El kaza a mi me ha bajado hasta 75/80 kbps (tengo conexion de 128 kbps), y el sobrered me ha bajado hasta a 30 kbps.
