Reinstall Conquests?
Because of seemingly unfixable problems encountered after installing a new LCD monitor, I want to reinstall Conquests. I have Civ3, PYW and Conquests loaded with all the patches. Could anyone tell me of any issues with the uninstall. Because of the issues with the monitor I would like to isolate any problems that could occur!!
Thanks in advance for any help!

Are you 120% sure it's the LCD monitor? Sounds strange to me as other programs as well should should look different whan changing only the monitor... What errors occur?

If you are on XP, I go to the add/remove and remove the patches one at a time lastest first. Then C3C, down to CivIII.
In Win98SE, just run the uninstall.
I have done it many many times on XP, both before and after C3C.
Never had any problems.

Thanks for the reply people. I have XP so will follow your directions vmxa1. To answer MoonWolf, the game worked up to the crash of the old monitor and went south with the new! Because everything else on the computer works I think it is the game. So I will reinstall. Hope it works - been playing Civ for a lot of years!!

I just can't see how a change of monitor can affect an installation of a program... If the monitor has done some damage to your graphics card, then maybe...
