Manditoy Retirement Year
Hay,
does anybody know if it is possilbe so disable the 'manditory retirement year' thing that comes up around year 2050 i think it is, i wud be really greatfull for anyones suggestions.

Sort of, you can change the game limit for turns, but eventually it will occur. You can change the times for turns as well so the 540 turns could be some other year.

About that, I *think* changing the number of turns does not affect the Retirement Year. Right now, I'm playing with a 1000 turn limit (maximum limit) and it seems to me that each turn contains fewer years, therefore, the game regulates itself to be slower without changing the Retirement Year.

You can set the time frames IIRC. I don't know if you can push the retirement year out or not, but you can make it take more turns to get there.
