If your system specs are decent, Simcity 4.
If they arent, save your money to get a new computer.

Both NWN and SC4 are resource hogs- graphics especially.
I've found SC4 to be more engrossing than NWN, especially in single player. The fun of just building... 
If you have a good connection (DSL or Cable), NWN online can be fun. Of course, you have to play the apolyton dungeon...

They're two different games... RPG or Simulation
RPG's on the computer suck, IMO
SC4 is awesome...
