Done. I can't delete a thread, but I have learned I can "unstick it" from the top and I can alter then slightly. Unsticking the Demo #3 thread seemed sufficient; it will fade from sight quickly.

And I added a more generic one to the top. It seemed a good idea to have some place for potential new citizens to visit first.
