Fair enough. Keep in mind that we will also keep a watchful eye over the border "for security reasons".

From Germany to China
Your trade offer is most appreciated! We are especially interested in raw materials as iron, copper, uranium and several others. We also need raw materials to feed our micro-electronics industry.
In exchange, we could offer machinery, special warfare equipment and luxuries.
From Germany to Russia
We donīt know what to think about the ongoing border disputes between you and China... But keep in mind that they have a much bigger and better army than you, so a huge wasteland like Siberia is probably not worth losing a war...
From Germany to France
We donīt wanīt war as well as everybody else. However your "blessed" monarch has done irreparable damage to our relations. We are willing to connect a permanent peace treaty to the return of Alsace-Lorraine to Germany.
Itīs not much to lose for you, compared to the gains.
After that formality is done, the road to a new European Union is wide open...
From Germany to Canada and the USA
Although we can assure you that we donīt want to start a new war, we appreciate your neutral stance. Seeing as how your economies are damaged, the German state drops all claims on any debts your countries have with us. We hope it helps.
Furthermore weīd like to talk about an increased trade with you, including US-oil shipments to us, Canadian raw materials and foods in exchange for financial aid and maybe help in reforming your economic systems...

News
Last week the German Ministry of Information has shut down all German private broadcasting companies, including all but two television channels.
The remaining two are focussing on "cleaned" news reports and educational programs. In about three months, so an official speaker said, their will be a special childrenīs channel, too.
In another move the government around Chancellor Stoiber has also revoked the "public servant" status of all educational personnel, meaning it is now possible for teachers and professors to lose their jobs.
A new training standard for the above mentioned professions should ensure a high quality of those who form our children. Despite the oppositionīs fears the whole educational system isnīt threatened by the new government, in fact it is even improving. No books have been burned so far...

From CHINA to GERMANY (Secret):
My government has been approached by an dissident group based in Berlin which is attempting to overthrow your government.
Your doing too many things at once. Your raising education, economy, army, but your banning freedoms. You are running the risk of a serious revolt.
Please: We cannot lose our German allies, for then Russia and France will gobble you up.
Our troop transport is nearing European waters, and we want to park Chinese troops in Germany to help quell dissent. Will you allow it?

From Germany to USA
Weīd like to purchase your military bases on German territory. Since you need money and canīt afford to keep them running anyway it would be a good opportunity to get rid of them with a nice gain. Weīre also willing to purchase any military equipment deployed there, but thatīs a separate issue. Please tell us what you think of it.
From Germany to China (secret)
We thank you for your warning! The BND (German Secret Service) has also evidence of an upcoming revolt, and in fact we are hoping for it. Thereīs no better way cutting rights than due to a national crisis.
We need to do a complete reform as quickly as possible, since France is enmassing its military, and the old German Republic was not even close to being able to hold against a French invasion. But the population has been enjoying much too extensive rights for too long to back our power program, so we need to reform the whole society. Time is our enemy, thatīs why the haste.
As for your troop transport:
We donīt really need your military to quell the unrest, however we will welcome our Chinese friends in Hamburg. Our economy cannot support a large military force as that one for long, so sadly youīll need to find another destination for permanent deployment.

CHINA to GERMANY (Secret):
We will pay for all expenses required, as if they were stationed here.
Just really be careful. One push from France and the whole deck could come collapsing. Of course China would help her German allies and restore peace, but that's hardly the issue.

Well, if the supplies are paid maybe we could arrange what you request. Whatīs the exact number and kind of troops we are to welcome soon?
Itīs kind of you to care for us, but I think youīre too pessimistic. France wonīt push anytime soon now, and we have good plans to consolidate our reign. The key is our mission: To serve the German people! Sometimes the plebs doesnīt know whatīs best for it, so the state has to enforce it... Iīm sure YOU know what I mean

In this NES Germany will drop all colonial claims and just demand what was hers historically.

--- News
The French economy slowly improves. The populace's anger towards Germany has calmed at least for the moment, but the army remains well-prepared--"just in case".
The threat of war having somewhat passed, however, some French soldiers were released from military duties and back into work. The economy benefits from extra manpower. The army is now smaller, but better trained.

To Russia (SECRET)
The persons responsible for our failure to encrypt our messages have been given an, er, "early retirement". They will enjoy their remaining years in an arrangement that lets them be one with nature.
To China (SECRET)
Russia did not intend to buy weapons for use against China. You can trust France that they did not. They merely wish to update their army, which is acceptable considering the alternative is letting their defenses rot away.

We appreciate your concern, but for perhaps the first time in its history, Siberia is moving towards prosperity. We will not sacrifice our territorial integrity or our people. We both know that weakness leads to war, not prevents it.

France is interested in free trade with Russia. Particularly, we would like raw materials for our raw-materials-hungry factories. Could you provide us with them at a cheap cost?

King Mrmitchell I Praised for Averting German War
PARIS - King Mrmitchell I of France has been given great popularity in his nation for wisely convincing the French people to back down from their quarrels with Germany. "Peace over war," Mrmitchell said. Because of his efforts, France successfully prevented war, and although relations are still tense, they have calmed.
He was also given high marks for improving foreign relations, and called an official holiday to celebrate how awesome he was.

Last Ordersheet for a while...
Germany
Newspaper "Morgenpost"
Crime rates at all-time low! Since the deportation of foreigners the crime rates have drastically dropped! Although rogue broadcasters state that effect was due to a strict police state policy and has nothing to do with demographic figueres, the correlation is proven (by government-owned research institutes). Another glorious victory for our great Chancellor!
In other news, the education level of our chidren is rising slowly. So the recent reforms already pay off. It is predicted that within four years the German school system will be best world wide!
Today the second step of the educational reform began: Government expenditures for books and school inventory have tripled, providing best opportunities for everyone. In addition school uniforms will be introduced by next year. This will help the children to overcome their differences in social status.
France claims to sacrifice herself for peace, but fails to accept our offer regarding Elsaß-Lothringen. At this stage it becomes obvious how the French monarch tries to win the worldīs heart by empty statements and self-praising, while their military build-up not only continues, but even increases in intensity and speed.
They speak of peace, but prepare for war, a war we never wanted.
ORDERS (secret)
- Stop shipping of tanks and warfare equipment to Israel and Turkey, instead stock up own arsenal
- Increase number of KSK (Commando Special Forces)
- enter contracts with KRUPP, SIEMENS and automobile industry about war production (top secret!!!)
- Introduce Childrenīs channel (government-controlled)

The only thing that is clear is that Germany intends to bully Europe into taking anything and everything it wants. Not only does it demand territory for no reason at all, but it also makes false claims about our military--yeah yeah yeah, we really are increasing it, which is why we recently released thousands of soldiers from duty.
The German deception is so obvious that a 2 year old could rip through it. Hopefully the German people are not gullible enough to believe their newspapers, which spew out lies and empty accusations.
News
France's economy improves! Increased foreign trade is a boon to our manufacturing industries.
Our military continues training, but we have recently limited the draft due to public dissatisfaction with it. So our army's rating does not improve. France is working on building better and faster warplanes, however. Just in case.
As more people can reclaim their jobs, discontent falls.

Russia to France:
We have started a project to rebuild the regions economic well-being, hopefully restoring a measure of stability and increasing prosperity for our peoples. Sweden, Finland, Norway, Luxembourg, Latvia, and Estonia have all agreed to help us. We are going to start with Ukraine, improving their economic status by arranging work programs, bringing in more sophisticated mining, manufacturing, and farming techniques, and organizing stable and safe financial institutions for capital investment. Thus we hope to build up the more struggling nations, raising conditions in the entire region. Nations which the coalition will help have agreed to give aid to others once they are able, forming a loose economic cooperative pact. There are a number of other nations on the list for improvement who have agreed to join when resources become available. We encourage you to join this project.

Not in the empire of de la rocha!
Mexico ceases its actions temporarily. Due to the poor education levels in Mexico, it would be quite hard to get them to speak chinese. Chief secretary of military Eddie Guererro has issued a statement saying that he plans to scale down military actions against other sentient beings on basis of religion. The nation of MExico is ddeply insulted, and personally offended by China's referring to us a pathetic! Mexico is seeking counseling to deal with the emotional instability, and personal pain causedd by this brutish, bully like, and generally mena comment. Mexico has begun to erect statues of the Chinese emperor in all manners of embarrasing, nakedpositions. These are including, but not limited to: Bent over, on the knees, expressing an intimate love for a young foal, expressing intimate love for a toilet, and expressing intimate love for everythinf not aztec!

With such low education levels, only the most wealthy are able to se past the massive jingoistic propaganda campaigns. The poor masses, are kept quiet with govt. supplied opium for the time being. Ultimately, when most people can barely even read the propaganda, they will barely be able to see the corruption. and we are aztec in this world. however, if it pleases you, the ni gues discontent could be raised to an opium induced 6%.
