Russia to UN:
We request an immediate international condemnation of China's actions. They responded to warmongering with warmongering of their own and to spice it up they threw in some bullying and attempted extortion. Under UN bylaws and international war rules conventions, threatening or using military force for purposes of monetary or policy concessions and exhortions is not allowed. China must either provide a sound justification for their actions and show them to be beneficial to the individual countries involved and the world community as a whole or cease their actions.

CHINA to RUSSIA (Secret):
Your economy is still developing, no?
Perhaps the Chinese state should begin investing in fuel efficency, and share exiting technologies with ALL nations? Of course...this would result in the dramatic lowering of oil prices, would it not? Luckily, the Chinese economy is not dependant on the export of oils
CHINA to the UNITED NATIONS:
We require these monetary resources in order to help the Chinese people after all they have sacraficed in order to neutralize the Mexican military.
Already we have seen it's military blitz into Latin America, attempting to take all it can find! Only after action was taken did they restore independance to the nations, but the leader of Mexico is a madman.
Already he killed many Chinese citizens in an attempt to worship aztec gods, and that itself is a casus belli! Yet then he invades innocent nations?
The Chinese people feel a responsibility to our friends in Latin America to defend them from tyranny and help to preserve the fragile democracies they have worked on for years to develop.
To condemn China for this it to condemn not only freedom of sovergnty, but it is to condemn the very foundation, the very FABRIC in which the United Nations rests: PEACE.
We are not bombing civilian targets, we are bombing military targets. And we not only require this money for our own use to help our people through these difficult times, but to help others and take away money from the Mexican military machine.
As the people of Latin America will tell you, Mexico spends much of its GDP on it's military. Even if the People's Air Defenders (PAD) are able to destroy the Mexican military, Mexico will simply be able to build more with the money they unfairly tax from their people.
Can we, peoples of the civilized world, simply stand idly by while this happens, especially when there is something that can be done?

Russia to China :
Excellent! We would applaud such a move and welcome any contributions you could make. We and the French are ourselves nearing such solutions. With better and chepaer fuels, our people could spend less money on heating and transportation and invest more into other worthy areas. We're sure the rest of the world would benefit as well. Our economy, for example, could add more capital and workers to our applied research and manufacturing sectors and become more competitive in those markets. By all means, go ahead.
Russia to UN :
China made a decision to attack Mexico, for reasons which their demands show to have been less than pure. They have accomplished the freeing of Lating America (though whether Latin America will actually be better off because of it is uncertain) and for them to exhort money would be establishing a cruel and dangerous precedent, not to mention, further taking away from the impoverished nations of Latin America and further destabilizing the region through their theft. The case is simple. Any reasonable goals have been met and they must now back down from their brutish power bullying.

CHINA to RUSSIA:
Of what do you speak? China is, of course, willing to work with the Russian Federation in any joint venture it may propose, yet we have not come to you ourselves?
As you know, China has a very large population, even larger than yours! By cleaning up these sources, we could also spend less in the import of these resources and we could also begin spending on research and development
CHINA to RUSSIA (Secret):
We both know your economy is completly dependant on international oil prices.
CHINA to the UN:
While the Russians attempt to distract you from the true point (that being China destroying the Mexican military), we will respond.
Latin America will be better off in all ways. The Mexican economy will be destroyed by its rampant spending, but furthermore if people desire independance then they should have it.
Russia itself would be better off within the Chinese empire however I doubt they are willing.
However the Mexican military must be destroyed and Mexico placed under international protection in order to protect the peoples of Latin America from Mexicos crazy ruler.

By that same logic, Mexico should be reimbursed for our peace mission in Latin America. Of course only after action was taken was this so called "independence" restored. How are my people independent under your warmongering puppet governments?
The "madman" you refer to was crucified upside, among many other things that take to long to list and to read. To ATTACK Mexico because of our peaceful mission is to ATTACK the veryfabric upon which the United Nations Rests. PEACE. Because declaring war isn't really promoting peace now is it? You purposefuly destroyed Mexico's Military, Infrastructure, and education systems. We liberated the citizens of corrupt, and crumbling regimes to give the ma better opportuinty in the country of theri choosing. Mother Mexico! You sought to leave our country in economic, and social ruins...in the name of peace. That is not condusive to peace. SAVING people from a corrupt and falling govt. whose corruption only seems to get bigger on the horizon, that is in the name of Peace. You have shown yourself to be if anything- ANTI PEACE! continuing warmongering, and unfair bullying of Mexico over alleged events, whose existence can be easily called into question. You threaten us with war, and destruction of our great system! ANd you say that that promotes peace? Mexico has sent a Chinese Dictionary to the Chinese govt. that has the definition of Chines written in big bold red letters, and highlighted, with a bookmark for the page that bears this definition. China makes reference to the slaughter of Chinese citizens in Mother Mexico. These events have never been confirmed. Your citizens simply never returned to China from Mexico. Is it possible, that the glory of the Mxican Empire has spread so far West that it has reached your own showres, and your citizens can no longer ignore its beckoning of a beter life with peace justice, glory, and the principles of a just, and effective communistic nation? Chinese citizens were executed during Mexico's short lived "Aztec Phase". Mexico will restate for what feels like the tenth time, that these slayings were comitted by a remote group of religious fanatics, and NOT NOT NOT the glorious govt. of Mother Mexico. Thus, Mother mexico has caught you lying to the UN. China cannot be trusted, Mexico hasn't proven itself to be the best when it comes to diplomacy with its neighbors, but at least we can admit ot our actions, and the wwrong in that. China pursues arguments in which they have been proven wrong multiple times. China should have to help rebuild Mexico's economy, infrastructure, and education system, seeing as how their goal was to visciously, and sadistically destroy Mexico for the Hell of it. This behavior has been shown to be a patern in this broken nation, and Mexico reccomends that its leader be forced to sit in the corner, and that collectively, the nation of China seek psychiatric help. and It is also not your right to determine what is just n our taxing of our people. We leave you alone, and we only expect the same from you.

CHINA to the UNITED NATIONS:
As the Mexican delegate has proven my point, that Mexico is in fact a psychotic dictatorship, I will continue to stand by my words.
However....I will offer a new peace deal.
MEXICO WILL:
-Disband it's military
-Place it's educational resources under international protection
-Place it's nation under international military protection
-Pay all involved nations the sum of $10MIL for reconstruction.
-Open it's markets freely to the Chinese people
CHINA WILL:
-Invest in the Mexican healthcare and education systems
-Rebuild any damaged civilian infrastructure
-Invest in Latin American interests.

ooc- sorry, i got off on sort of a dennis miller rant/john mcenroe tantrum
Mexico to China
China will
-f**ck off
-leave Mother Mexico the hell alone
-quit trying to justify enslaving Mexico to China
-Quit "investing in Latin American interests"which are actually your own
-Quit trying to crush Mexico's economy in hopes of improving your own
Mexico will
-Continue to live happliy and in peace WITHOUT so much as a peep from Imperialist, Fascist China.
Mexioc rejects China's plan for the indenturement(did i spell that right?) of Mother Mexico. Mexican Chinese conflicts have gone on too lng, and are a waste of time for all involved. Mexico will offer a treaty.
Mexico and China both fogive and forget, and go their seperate ways. Those are the terms. Mexico has already signed this, and spproved it mexico only needs CHina's agreement to this treaty, to reach the peace that we all crave. If China truly values peace, then China will sign this.

CHINA to the UNITED NATIONS:
It must be ensured that the psychotic dictatorship of Mexico not be allowed to invade it's neighbors again.
We will modify our peace agreement:
MEXICO WILL:
-Establish a 10 mile wide internationally-adminsitered neutral zone between Mexico and it's latin American neighbors.
-Place it's educational resources under international protection
-Pay all involved nations the sum of $10MIL for reconstruction.
CHINA WILL:
-Invest in the Mexican healthcare and education systems
-Rebuild any damaged civilian infrastructure
-Invest in Latin American interests.

Russia to China (SECRET) :
We'll be fine. After a while anyway. Petroleum and natural gas shipments fell off pretty sharply in the crash already. Besides, the sooner we confront it the better. But we'll play along. Your hesitation when clearly we have no problem with being open indicates you intend to get something out of it...What is it you want?

France News
France and the Dominican Republic enter an economic and millitary alliance. Both countries will benefit greatly from the tariffs-free trade and cooperation in future wars.
Suddenly, sweatshops sprung up all over the D.R., and goods being sold from there collapsed in price, especially goods that had high demand in French markets. But it is only a bad coincidence. France will ask the Republic's leaders to shut down these shops, even if we may not succeed in doing so.
---
France to China
France will take no part in your wild demands on Mexico, through the UN. We are satisfied that they have reinstalled the full-size foosball tables, and will not again be a menace to the freedoms of millions of Latin Americans. France is already helping to improve post-war life in the Caribbean, whereas all China has done is bomb military bases in Mexico (and whenever there's bombing, a civilian is hit, inevitably), and bickered to the UN.

CHINA to FRANCE:
Our "wild demands"? I really hope you don't consider making a neutral zone a "wild demand", as it has been done before in the world with success.
We also hope you don't consider CHINA investing in the Latin American economies to be a "wild demand", considering the only thing we get out of it is the knowledge that we have helped them.
In fact, the newly submmited peace treaty does not benefit the people of China in any way.
However if the French will use their veto to veto a resolution where the people of Latin America would be invested heavily in, where they would be educated, and where they would be safe....
Then we'll just talk privately with Mexico, and this peace treaty will go down in history as a glorious product of the People's Republic despite Frances best intentions.
CHINA to FRANCE (Secret):
Why do you betray me?
CHINA to RUSSIA (Secret):
We would like your nation to stop meddling in Chinese affairs.
Perhaps you should concentrate on cleaning up your economy after your post-Putin mess.

We will not veto your resolution, but we just think you're demanding the maximum of what we as a coalition had in mind at the beginning of the war. Considering how quickly Mexico replied to us, France can't accept its $10M fine to us.

Drop the neutral zone and the $10M fine requests. It is acceptable, however, to place Mexico's educational programs under international supervision.

In the World
The USA hastily sets up an Iraqi government and leaves. But Iraq falls into anarchy. Iraq is reinvaded for its oil.
Belgium, the Netherlands have joined against the French and German pressure they face.
Spain is in its deepest economic recession.
Denmark, Sweden, and Norway form the Scandinavian Alliance, and agree to protect each other against outside threats. Finland remains unallied.
This is the new map, with changes made. The Mexican War has also been poorly drawn, with the dark green line showing Mexico's greatest extent and red lines showing French landings.

Mexico to China
for the last time f*ck off! We will not bend to you at all, even if it means that we are killed becasue of it. China can demand all that they want, and Mother mexico will not budge. Mexico urges China to do itself a favor and kindly leave us to seek peace by ourselves. Mexico will not submit to losing its independence to China, or any other nation.
Treaty proposal
Mexico will
-Not give any part of its country up to China
-Especially education
-the borders will remain the same
China will
-Keep out of Latin America
-collectively seek psychiatric help
-Build a SMALL, minimum security outpost in the middle of the biggest Mexican desert. They will only be allowed to move within a half a mile of the "base". The base wil bre made of sticks. The soldiers wil be unarmed. They will have no contact with their government. If they are accidentally shot, bombed, or tortured to death by desert bandits, Mexico IS NOT responsible. All food and water will have to be dropped from the air by China, via airplane.
On a sidenote, Mexico would like to point out that China actually killed its own people by bombing Mexico. There were Chinese prisoners in the Mexican prisons. Chinese prisoners were killed in the bombing.

Mexico will not allow for its right to educate its people in whatever way we see fit, as long as it meets basic standards of decency to be taken away.

France News
France has just made a $100M grant to the Dominican Republic nationwide public schools system, which has been under French supervision for many months now. They are suddenly the new source for those individuals who are in high demand because of their excellent knowledge in fields of science, engineering, math, AND literature and the arts. They recently sponsored ALL of the candidates to both the International Science Fair and were the only public school system to send teams in every Olympic category.
