Ok so who produces the ICON for the New Civ Group?

Vovan did a design some time back and I think it was most appropriate, Vovan if you spot this could you post the design you did 
I think we have to wait untill Mark G sorts it out

It takes a bit of time between when you join and when your icon starts showing up. At least for me, it took about half an hour. Besides, your icon shows up now.
