Renaming Leaders

Is it possible to "edit" the list of names of the Leaders for a given Civ? I apologize since I have never used the "edit" feature, but could someone tell me how to do this?

I would think so as the city list cna be changed. You would have to find the file it is in and edit or replace it.

It is in the BI* file under the Civilizations tab. THere are a multiline textbox with a list of names for use.
