That game is an opinion divider though...some hate it, whereas others detest it

Discerning reviewers don't even call it a game

How is it possible that Sim city was the only game to be universally prasied???????!!!!! KOTOR should have been. These magazine are recieving huge pay offs to give biased reviews! The system is caput!

CGW reviewers have to play to the end of the game prior to a review. There have only been a few exceptions to that.

Black and White was interesting because it both got their "Editor's Choice" and their coaster-of-the-year award. (They apologized for succumbing to the hype in their coaster review.)

For myself, I liked B&W. I wouldn't recommend it to many people. Molyneux didn't follow Sid's advice. It's (at least) two games.

yeah like mmorpg's . kind of hard to play to the end of those

But their reviews do seem to indicate the play through to the end.

I like CGW- I still subscribe. But they really burned me on the Black and White review.

Yeah, well, CGW is, by-and-large, the harshest criticism of the major sites (check out gamerankings). Recently they've been downright crotchety.

So, yeah, when the miss one the other way, it's like a kick to the crotch.
