the consuls time starts with the start of the game
As our consuls have not had much to do with the game not actually doing anything yet (including starting) I am proposing that we vote and see if the time frame for their terms of office should start with the start of the game or as of when they were elected into office. As I haven't even asked any of them what they think, hopefully this will at least generate some discussion of something going on in this forum.
