Workers need names too
A Ministry of the Interior Notice Board
---------------------------------------------------------
So our planet has almost been created. Thus it is time to discuss the names for our fine Workers, they are people too.
As we start with a worker, we will need to name them.
Here are some to kick the discussion off:
Da Lamb Spitters
The Longshoremen
The Ranters
Pickers and Growers Collective
Fred & Barney - Stone Crushing Specialists
Roads R Us
Dave's Smash Repair Crew
Nic's Plasterers
Tony's Grape Pickers

We should name the slaves captured after the members of the teams we capture them from. Insulting, perhaps.

I like this, we will get greater results against these opponents than against any AI. Stir them up a bit...
and yes there should also be an Octavian's Slave...

***** ANNOUNCEMENT *****
The Ministry of the Interior needs more participation in what names you would like to see. Do we want to only have a Greek theme when it comes to City names and possible Military Units... or do we want to see Greek like names as workers also? Start spitting out more names and begin to pick your favorite 2 so that I may document them and get a poll out to all of you.
ARACHNE
Means "spider" in Greek. In Greek myth Arachne was a mortal woman who defeated Athena in a weaving contest. Ashamed for besting a goddess Arachne hanged herself, but Athena brought her back to life in the form of a spider. * Silk Worker?
Just thought was really cute and very fitting, what do you think. Keep this thing going, the more information we get from you, the more "democratic" we can make this game!

We are about to have a poll for the name of our first worker...
So some more options would be great for other workers...

ok the second poll is up and running.
if you do not like the names, then you may want to add more to the list on this thread.
