I've been having some problems with this and I need some help.
In game, it says that the root word of this comes from the ancient Greek language meaning fulfillment and happiness. I've been trying to find the exact root word, but can't seem to find it. I've looked on Greek-English dictionary websites but can't seem to find it.
Can anyone hook a brother up?

daemon: divine power, fate, god
That's what I got from my dictionary, I'm not sure if it's what you're looking for although :P

My dictionary's etymology agrees with that of DataAeolus:
eu + daemon = good + spirit
