Building completion schedule in PBEM
Just a quick question to confirm something :
Say the player order in a PBEM is X,Y,Z and X attacks Z conquering a base. Now when it gets to Zs turn he counter attacks and retakes the base and spends some ec to rush a defender.
Does the defender come at the end of the year (ie he'll be ready to defend against X) or will he appear at the start of Zs turn so that X will have an easy attack against the base ?
