Gladiator III - Let the Battle Commence!
/me walks into the centre of the arena, to announce the initial matchups:
"You will have two rounds against each opponent. Every win you have will give you 3 points, ever draw 1, and every time you lose you collect 0. You will gain 1 bonus point if you reduce your opponent to 0 HP, while remaining alive yourself. If you have 0 HP in the heats, you are presumed to be incapacitated, but will recover for your other bouts. In the knockout stages, 0 HP means that you're dead. The 4 contestants with the most points will go through to the semi-finals, which are fights to the death."
OOC: Here are the rules, the same as Gladiator 2 (however rules may differ slightly for the knockouts, but will be posted before then):
Quote:
|
1. You get 100 points to start, you gain no points by winning.
2. You must distribute your 100 points to 3 attack/defends per combat round.
EX:
1st A11 D11 P11
2nd A12 D8 P15
3rd A15 D2 P15
No more than 50 points per line. Each ADP is compared to the opponents ADP. 1st<-->1st, etc.
3. Ties result in 50% power damage rounded down. 0 attack 0 defense ties are possible.
4. Everyone plays everyone in round robin format in the first round, and the winners go on to the semifinals. The round robin tourney is three combat rounds. Four qualifiers will go to the semis and will win by being the first player to get his opponent under 50 points. The final tourney is to the death.
5. Each player has 20 points to distribute to weapons and armour. This is public knowledge and is sent in with your gladiators name. Half of these points are added to each of the 3 A/Ds. They also add their full values to power (if hit) and subtract from power (if hit) respectively.
|
You will play 3 this round, 3 the next, and 2 the round after, meaning you will play all 8 other contestants. The only exception is Mad Captain Garland, who will play 4 in the first round, 2 in the next and 2 in the last round (due to having an odd number, he will still play the same 8 people).
Please send orders in the form:
1. The Doctor - W20 A0
Vs.
4. Spacius Maxiumus - W15 A5
XX-XX-XX
XX-XX-XX
XX-XX-XX
5. Theben - W7 A13
XX-XX-XX
XX-XX-XX
XX-XX-XX
6. Mad Captain Garland - W12 A8
XX-XX-XX
XX-XX-XX
XX-XX-XX
Where the first XX is Attack, the second defense and the third power. Then it will be repeated. Then the same with the next opponents. /OOC

Updated with Mart's renaming, and hav valid orders from Mart already
However I would like to remind Jamski that you are only allowed 100 points per game. You have used 104 points for your match with Frozzy. Your orders for the other two fights are fine.

Come on, even an Aussie can put together nine numbers that total a hundred, without exceeding fifty in any one row.

Have valid orders from everyone but Theben, who's orders weren't quite right. Have PMed him about them. I've done the results for all but Theben's matches, and the results are 'interesting'
No-one's drawn yet, no-one's dead yet (although one person is on 1 HP), and almost everyone is winning at least one fight. Results will be posted as soon as I have valid orders from Theben
