Movie Won't Play
When the game ends, there is an option to view a movie of what happened during the game.
For some reason, I have never gotten the movie to play. Not under Civ3 1.29, and not with C3C 1.15.
Any suggestions as to what I need to do?
Thanks,
Saturn

The replay is available in the history, but I think it does not work if you use and editor map. I am not sure what causes it to not be valid. I know I have used it in the past, but it has been a while since I tried.

Saturn, have you tried waiting 5+ minutes for it?

I used to think I had this kind of problem, but like Theseus says, it is often just a matter of waiting. Although it may not look or sound like anything is going on in the comp, it processes your game's history for a while before it is ready to show the replay.
I still occassionally ran in to a game that civ did not seem to be able to replay, but most will run if you give it some processing time first.

Thanks

I think he is talking about review of the game from the history. Where it shows you cities being founded and great leaders.
