This is not a complaint, just an observation, but this game is heading past one month of inactivity.

I don't know if I'm ready to jump into another game.... What I think I may be interested in is a scenario adapted for a PBEM game (just like Napoleon game you set up) ....but for sometime in the future...

he can still log on and chat - just not able to play civ at the moment
